During a few weeks in March, a team of UX designers, researchers, and developers ran and participated in 6 Usability Tests where users were asked to perform basic self-service tasks within the Horizon UI. We got a lot of great feedback from these users and have prioritized an improvements list that would help users get through these tasks much faster and easier in the future.
In this session we will discuss the top findings as well as potential design solutions to these findings.
Blueprints and designs will begin to be discussed before this session so that everyone who attends can have some background and add to the conversation as they wish.
