Neutron has historically depended too much on heroic effort. Many key operational responsibilities - notably fixing gate issues and pushing merges during crunch time - are undertaken by a small group of overworked contributors. This is not sustainable/scalable/fair, and continuing with this approach risks the health of the project.
The intent of this session is to formalize the operational requirements of the Neutron project and to discuss how the community can best be organized to meet them.
