Dashboard Accessibility:
The dashboard is not currently accessible. Discuss known issues including: lack of wai-aria tagging, underlying widgets aren't accessible, keyboard navigation problems, visualizations/drag/drop interaction that have no alternative, and focus presentation. Plan for what tools should be used for testing, develop a checklist for reviewers, and identify dependencies on outside components that need to be fixed.

Better Overview Pages in Horizon:
Openstack users have expressed the desire to be able to better understand how their cloud resources are being utilized and want the ability to use that data to plan for the future. Cloud Admins need the ability to see how resources are being used across the entire cloud and drill into specific areas that need to be investigated. Cloud Users need the ability to see how resources are being used inside projects they belong to. As OpenStack matures and a monitoring solution is available this would also be a logical integration point where you could reflect any alerts that may be enabled.
Several concepts have been put together to demonstrate different ways to accomplish this request.
