Tuskar-UI and its relationship to Horizon

The Tuskar-UI is currently implemented as another dashboard within the OpenStack Dashboard and is generally considered, somewhat inaccurately, to be the UI for the Tuskar project. The code of Tuskar-UI adds another dashboard entitled Infrastructure which deals with OpenStack deployment management (which involves cooperation across multiple services) but also with other infrastructure pieces (such as node management)... and it is expanding.

The nature and context of the Infrastructure dashboard's content, makes it quite different to the Project and Admin dashboards, so it makes sense that they don't appear together. Also, the role of users who engage in Infrastructure management is different from roles enabled by the rest of OpenStack Dashboard.

The goal of this session is to figure out how to approach what is currently called Tuskar-UI. Should it simply be a plugin to the OpenStack Dashboard? Should it be standalone UI like OpenStack Dashboard, sharing same assets, based on Horizon framework, under the Horizon program? How should it all work together?
