Currently ceilometer data model is not able to provide good performance at high scale. I think that we should discuss possible changes needed in data model needed to achieve better performance.
To achieve this we need: * analyze existing bottlenecks * analyze end-user use-cases (to find rarely used cases or to cover cases that are highly demanded) * discuss improvements in model that can be done to achieve better performance and coverage of use-cases
New model may also require releasing a new version of the API.
