Icehouse was the first release to have some amount of live-upgrade-ability from the previous release. We need to extend that to cover more scenarios (i.e those where computes may need to coordinate), expand our testing of the upgrade scenario, and also address other topics such as DB migrations that don't require downtime or significantly degrade performance.
